Meadow Park Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is a 24 hour skilled nursing facility located in the quiet, suburban community of Fresh Meadows, Queens. Our facility uses a friendly approach to healthcare. At Meadow Park Rehabilitation, we understand that entering a rehab care setting is an adjustment not only for the resident but for their loved ones as well. In addition to their professional abilities, all of our staff are chosen for their attention, concern and respect that they consistently provide to those under their care.
