Nutritional Services
At Meadow Park Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, we serve nutritious, well balanced meals. Our menu selection includes food from different ethnic backgrounds. Alternates are available for all meals. Snacks are provided twice daily. A Mashgiach is on premises seven days a week. We are strictly Glatt Kosher and are under the exclusive quality seal of the Vaad of Queens.
